Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and ship from a US warehouse. Most orders arrive within 2–9 business days. A small number of items ship from an overseas warehouse and take about 10 business days — those are marked on the product page.
The United States only. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum, nothing added at checkout.
You get a tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched. Follow it on our Track Your Order page. Tracking updates once the carrier scans the parcel, usually within a day of dispatch.
Yes — request a return within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or simply is not what you ordered, we cover the return and send a replacement or full refund. Details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
