WHO THIS IS FOR

Someone living with, or close to, the person who might need help - a spouse, an adult child in the same house, a live-in aide. It is the answer to "what if she falls while I am downstairs."

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

If the person lives alone and nobody is nearby, this will not reach anyone. That situation needs a monitored medical alert service with a call centre, which is a different product and worth the monthly fee.

This is a wireless call bell for household use. It is not a medical device, it does not detect falls by itself, and it does not contact emergency services. In an emergency, call 911.
