GearDeluxe is a shop for senior living and caregiving, built around one simple idea: the aid you reach for should make the day easier, not harder.
We stock daily living aids, mobility and comfort supports and caregiver essentials. We ship to United States addresses only, all 50 states. Most items ship from our overseas fulfilment partners and most orders arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Any import duties are handled by us, so the price at checkout is the final price — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
What we care about
- Considered selection. We would rather stock a short list of things we would put in our own parents home than an endless catalogue.
- Honest information. Weight limits, measurements and delivery windows are stated plainly, so you know what is coming and when.
- Support that answers. Write to us and a person replies, usually within one business day.
Shopping with us
Every order is covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or simply is not what you hoped for, tell us and we will put it right. Delivery timelines are set out on our Shipping page, and you can follow your parcel from our Track Your Order page.
