Track Your Order
Every GearDeluxe order ships with a tracking number, and you can follow the parcel from our warehouse to your door. Here is how to find your number, how to read what the tracking page tells you, and what to do if it stops updating.
Step 1 — Find your tracking number
When your order leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking number from support@geardeluxe.com. A few things worth knowing:
- The number can take up to 48 hours after your order to go live. Until then the tracking page may say it has no information yet — that is normal.
- If the email has not arrived, check your spam or promotions folder and search your inbox for "GearDeluxe".
- Orders with several items may ship in separate boxes, so you may receive more than one tracking number. Nothing is missing; the rest is on its way.
Step 2 — Look it up
Copy the tracking number from the email, then open the tracking page below, paste the number into the search box and press the search button.
The tracking page opens in a new tab, so this page stays open. Paste the number exactly as it appears, with no extra spaces.
Step 3 — Read the status
Carriers use their own wording, but the stages are usually these:
- Info received / Label created. We have booked the shipment and printed the label. The parcel has not moved yet.
- Picked up / In transit. The carrier has it. This is where a parcel spends most of its journey, and updates can pause for a few days between scans.
- Arrived at facility / Departed facility. Normal sorting stops along the route.
- Customs clearance. Only for the few items that ship from an overseas warehouse. Any import duties are already covered by us — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Out for delivery. On the van, arriving today.
- Delivered. The carrier has marked it as handed over or left at the address.
- Exception / Delivery attempted. Something interrupted delivery: nobody home, an address problem, or weather. The carrier usually tries again the next working day.
How long it should take
- Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Your exact window is shown at checkout.
- A few items ship from an overseas warehouse and can take a little longer.
- If your order is running behind that window, we email you with an updated date. You will not have to chase us for it.
If tracking is not behaving
"No information found" for the number. Give it up to 48 hours from the email. If it is still blank after that, message us and we will check with the carrier.
No movement for several days. Gaps of two to four days between scans are common while a parcel is in transit, especially over a weekend. If there has been no scan at all for seven days, contact us and we will open a trace.
It says delivered but nothing arrived. First check the porch, the mailbox, behind the gate and with anyone else at home or a neighbor who may have taken it in. Parcels are occasionally scanned early and turn up the next day. If it has not appeared within 24 hours, contact us within seven days of the delivery scan and we will take it from there.
Wrong or incomplete address. Message us as soon as you notice. If the parcel has not left the warehouse we can usually correct it.
It arrived damaged or faulty. Send us a photo or a short video. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. You have 30 days from delivery — see our Refund & Returns Policy.
