How Our Shipping and Returns Work
Two questions come up more than any others before a first order: when will it arrive, and what happens if it is wrong. Here are the straight answers.
Shipping
We ship within the United States, to all 50 states. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, and after dispatch you should allow 2-10 business days for delivery, depending on the item and your address.
Shipping is a $6 flat rate on orders under $50, and free on orders of $50 or more. The rate is applied automatically at checkout and shown before you pay - nothing is added at the end.
Every dispatched order gets a tracking number by email, usually live within 48 hours. You can follow it on our Track Your Order page. If you order several items they may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.
Customs and duties
Because orders are delivered to US addresses, customs duties do not apply in the great majority of cases. Some items are dispatched by our overseas fulfillment partners, and in the rare event that a duty or import tax is charged it is the customer’s responsibility. We do not collect these fees and they are not included in the checkout price.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Contact us first through our Contact Us page - returns sent back without approval cannot be processed.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item: contact us within 7 days with photos. We arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return - you pay nothing.
Changed your mind: the return shipping is yours to cover, and original shipping charges are not refunded. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.
If something goes wrong
If an order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, tell us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund. The full terms live on our Shipping and Refund and Returns pages, and a person answers our contact form within one business day.
